Goolwa Caravan Centre is an ever expanding team. We continue to experience growth in our Insurance Repair department and our General Servicing area. Although we are seeking experienced technicians we would also consider experienced tradies from relevant fields.
These roles are week day roles only. We are focused on work life balance and foster a family friendly team environment. We are seeking self driven and positive people that maintain a high level of finish and are customer focused.
POSITION: Manager
Position: Full-time
Pay: TBD.
Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
Experience: (Preferred)
Position Includes:
Overseeing budgeting and operational performance
Managing staff, staffing levels, and team development
Providing strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making
Setting goals and driving performance outcomes
Conducting performance reviews and managing performance standards
Handling conflict resolution professionally and fairly
Managing schedules and workflow efficiency
Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance processes
Maintaining site security and workplace standards
Licence/Certification: Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Location: Middleton, 5213
POSITION: AUTO-ELECTRICIAN
Position: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
Experience: 2+ years of experience. (Preferred)
Position Includes:
* Upgrades and Modifications to RV Systems
* Installing/upgrading solar & electrical systems
* Installing and Fitting Accessories.
Licence/Certification: Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
